For access to Alisa, you need to be in the UHK network. Or you have to be connected with FortiClient and your UHK login to UHK VPN.
EDUROAM
WIFI eduroam is not a part of internal UHK network and the VPN connection is still needed.
After installation, you have to connect your self to the VPN. Best way to validate your connection status is visit ipinfo.io.
